napfa=)

today marks the last day of napfa in secondary school for me...pe started 30 mins late due to the temp taking,and i seriously feel tht skss is over reacting to the situation..ms neo was rushing us on the napfa tests and we boys got to do the test first...as usual we were fooling around and stuff
but as the tests started we stopped our nonsense..pe lesson was over and we still had nt finished the tests yet so we somehow convince ms neo to continue the napfa test and we gt to skip chem class=)
aft tht sch was as boring as usual lesson lesson and more lesson..haiz..went to do my dnt aft sch while waiting for my ssp to start..was suppose to return for dnt aft ssp but i guess the chemicals from the chem practical lesson got into my brain and made me lazy so decided to go home straight aft ssp..special apologies to mr kyber=)..walked with poh yee till we reached her block and than took bus to complete my journey cause it was super hot

napfa results- pull up-12..shuttle run-9.4s..2.4km-10mins..sit and reach-46..sbroadjump-235..sit up-45(satisfied with results)
